I miss your…

Touch, so gentle so sweet so inviting
I never wanted you to let me go
Smile, so big and bright from ear to ear
That led to my smile that I couldn't get rid of
Eyes, that pretty bright brown when the light hit them
When I told you keep still so that I could look at them
Feeble attempts to be smarter than me
We both know I was the brains of this operation
You were there to look pretty

I miss talks had and talks to be had
I miss asking you if you wanted food
And then getting you a plate
I miss the look on your face
When I was having my candy or chocolate fix
I miss pretending I didn't wanna hold your hand
And as you took it away I took it back
I miss acting so silly
You were laughing at me and not with me
I miss how I was around you

But reminiscing will do
I remember the bad also
Tho those thoughts aren't as fun
I force myself to remember them too

But I do miss you
I miss the affect you had on me
I miss the person I saw
The person I saw you being
But I do not miss who you really were
Liked the picture as soon as i saw it. finally was able to put something to it. doesn't quite go with what i saw in the pic but it's where i ended up, so it kinda works
